Apparently, I have a good voice.

I sang Big & Rich's "Nevermind Me", and my homie sang backup, then did "My Hero" by the Foo Fighters.

First Adreniline rush since walking across that Stage. Cheering and screaming....MAN!

I was in a rock band for about 10 years. We released three CDs. I quit last year when we had our first child, just when things really started taking off for us. As a swan song, my band headlined the Whisky A Go Go in L.A. on a Friday night last March. That's the same club where GNR, Motley, Zeppelin, the Doors and tons of other big bands played their early gigs. It was fun and I got to meet and know a lot of my idols through my "band years," but things were just then beginning to shift toward it being a touring thing, and I wasn't about to do that with a little one at home.
