a bbq side tradition

all this bbq talk got me thinking. this is an ageless question. how do you like your potatoe salad.

creamy with Hellmans Mayonaisse and just a dab of mustard and lots of boiled eggs :)

i have started making a version of potatoe salad something like this. very simple

as many pototoes (sliced and boiled) as necessary
very crisp bacon crumbled
finely chopped green onions
ranch dressing(how moist do you want it)
salt/pepper
stir it all up. potatoes will kind of crumble as you stir. serve chilled.

I love chunky tater salad but the thing i love to get at C&J's bbq (those of you around my area will probably know or have heard of that) is Ranch style potatoes.... they are sooo good!
