Mathis without a head coach?

Reading the coaches moving van report from txhsftbl, I saw Ray Zepeda had taken over at the helm for Galena Park. I had no clue he left Mathis, though I can't blame him. Anyone know of the current coaching situation down there?

I wonder if that is the same coach. If so he didn't do that bad a job at Mathis. I know they lost most of their games but they were close and competitive especially in district.

I know he was at Galena Park before Mathis as an assistant, so it would make sense that he would take the position.
