After meeting a remarkable man and dating him a few times a women has delayed of telling him that she has angina. Believing that the relationship can not go any further without her being honest she decides to tell him at dinner that night. While they are eating she says "Honey, I have to tell you something very serious, I have acute angina." To which her boyfriend promptly responds, "Well I hope so, cuz your face isn't all that good"
