Someone earlier this week said they thought it would be in Abilene on Monday evening. That would be a sweet deal for Wylie if that's true.

I don't know location but the game is scheduled for Monday evening. Snyder and Wylie are co-district champs.

From what I read the only difference (other than bragging rights) will be a bye in bi-district for the winner. Loser of game will play #3seed from whatever district which shouldn't pose a problem for either Snyder or Wylie.

If Sweetwater wins, who will they face in the 1st round?

I think it will be the 2nd place team from district 3-3A. That was a mess acouple of days ago as well... (several teams) any way some one from out west in the Greenwood, Fort Stockton etc.. area.. You might find some earlier post on 3-3A Baseball to shed more light on it.
