I wasn't sure what to say but I am very fortunate to still be here and urge everyone to get those medical checkups every year. I have lost past high school classmates because they failed to get medical checkups. No matter what your age is you need to get checked out medically at least once a year because you never know what will happen and the earlier things are found out the better. It is true a medical checkup might not catch everything but your odds are increased and it could save your life.
