That is correct. Vince Young will be the first.

Assuming that Matt Leinart some how went #2 in the draft...when was the last time that teammates went #'s 1 and 2 in the draft and who was it?

IF it does happen (not likely) but they would become the 4th set of teammates to go #1 & #2. Since the NFL merger and the first common draft in 1967:

1967-DT Bubba Smith & HB Clint Jones from Michigan State
1984-WR Irving Fryar & G Dean Steinkuhler from Nebraska.
2000-DE Courtney Brown & LB Lavar Arrington from Penn State
