I know that Phil is kind of down in the dumps today...so I must pick up the slack.

The No. 15 Texas A&M softball team (32-13, 11-4) will play host to the No. 2 Texas Longhorns (45-5, 11-2) in its final home game of the regular season on Wednesday night at the Aggie Softball Complex. First pitch is scheduled for 6 p.m. (Central) and can be seen on ESPNU.
Texas is coming off a loss to Kansas (their first in 20 games) so except to see them on top of their game as they look to get back to their winning ways. The Lady Aggies are on a roll having dominated Missouri 4-2, and 8-0 this past weekend. The teams have split two previous meetings this season, with Texas defeating A&M 1-0 in the championship game of the Judi Garman Classic in California on March 18 and the Aggies knocking off the Longhorns 4-2 in Austin on April 5. Texas leads the all-time series 13-11. Best of luck to both teams tonight in what should be another closely fought contest between two great programs.
