No guarantee that I'll be there, but if I don't have to work I should be able to make it.

Try using the color utility built into the board.

Yall will need someone to make the arrangements for the food and cooking means. I won't be there.

RM and I were thinking if some people brought smaller pits and everybody brought a lil something, (depending on what we talk about food wise) we'd be better off than having one person do all the cooking. How does that sound to everybody?

I'm around Inks all the time. I also have a big pit. I'm sure the 4A Bulldog crew can help pull it off.

so do we BYOM it (bring your own meat) or do we have a meat company that's willing to donate.

or since texprepxtra.com seems to do so much for this site maybe they could get off their lazy Owchi's and put some stock into this.

Since they seem to be the "driving force"

that was sarcasm by the way. lol.

We can all pitch in. We can get a head count and figure out what everyone likes.

Of the 34 that voted I'm willing to bet only 10-15 show. Won't need to much meat

I would plan maybe one big meal, like on a saturday night or something.

The rest of the time, I would just have everyone fend for themselves.

We had "lots" say they were gonna be there last time and they didn't show.

Me and my husband and Sinton66 camped out, Jason and Kyle had a motel room, Sintonfan and family drove down for the day on Sunday....all the rest were from Burnet.

In fact, we had more 4-A reps there (Burnet and Forney) than we did 3-A!

I want to make it this year, so when the exact time is established, please post it in a sticky so I don't miss it. The simple stuff for eats sounds good to me for you 3A folks, but ESPN1 has graciously offered to provide 16oz T-bone steaks for all the 4A guests as an extra incentive to make it. So, if you're a 4A fan, please thank ESPN1 for being so kind. I knew there was something I liked about that guy.:)

Well I have a feeling there'll be a strong showing.

But that's just a feeling.
