Why hasn't Bonds sued the authors of Book of Shadows for slander and defamation if what they wrote is false.. . ?

cuz he knows that in order to win the case he'd have to take a test to PROVE it was slander and then they'd have solid proof of him roiding

because the lawyers in that suit would call barry up to the stand and drill him into the facts about this. he wants to stay as far away from the courts as he can.

actually Barry is a public figure and the courts in the past havent necessarily ruled in the favor of public figures....There is a line you cannot cross and the problem is that line is imaginary so no one really knows where it is....If u could just sue for slander or libel that easy then our Tabloids would not be in buisness today.....so he probably hasn't sued because it would a long costly lawsuit that would end up in the book's favor, not his.....btw, i'm not a bonds apologist, i seriously disslike the guy but that is really probably y he doesnt sue for slander/libel....
