In case anyone is interested. Channel 3 & 10 were both at the signing if anyone (local) wants to check out the evening news.

Baseball. The story in the Caller-Times goes into detail about his decision.

He is a great kid, and I sure am glad he chose to stay in Texas.

He has thought about it. Baylor offered both. The UT offer is for baseball only. I really don't think Adrian would be interested in playing any position but QB. Going to UT, he would not get the chance to start(at QB). The future Longhorn QB is Vincent Young, hands down. Adrian has a very good shot at playing pro baseball, and will probably be selected in the next draft. He will have a tough decision to make when that happens.

Man it's great to see young folks from 3A getting these chances. Personally I think the major colleges miss out on some great talent because they overlook smaller classifications. One division I player from this area told me he had several classmates in HS that could have competed at his college of choice. Sure, I know the colleges are playing the percentage game.
