Hmmmmmm let's see, Charlie Weiss took Tom Brady from can't start at Michigan to Super Bowl Champion in a short time. What would you expect him to do with these kids for four or five years? Top ten pick? Top pick? That's what these kids are thinking anyways. As for why he keeps signing them only Charlie Weiss can answer that.
