Top Tight Ends

Can anyone give me some info. on some of the top tight ends in region1 as far as size, hands, agility, and so fourth if you could help me out i would appreciate it thanks.

Josh Mendoza Snyder 6'2'' 220 4.7 All Big Country TE in 2001 I believe sweetwater has a decent one if Im not mistaken but dont know his name right off
