im VERY interested to see what that gilmer running back does this year, as for cuero, i like their QB, he sound really good and his stats were impressive (isnt he a senior this comming year?) and then sweetwater....sure they lost great players in kendal carrillo, brittan pittman (defense) and russel clayton....but when u return banyard, green, cunnins, mcann, adames, and more....they should be very good, im just very curious in to who they throw in the QB position....

right now Gilmer and Cuero are head and shoulders above the field IMO.....after that you have a large group of teams who you could mix and match...Madison, Sweetwater, Hutto, Taylor (watch out for them) and watch out for Dallas Roosevelt as well...they bring everyone back...(10 starters both ways if I am not mistaken)....and that is just to name a select few...

I'll second these picks, but I would also add that Sweetwater will have to develop at least a decent passing game to ever get to the big show. No matter how well you run the ball, there is always a defense out there that can stop it, if you cant loosen them up a bit with an effective passing attack. The defense should be pretty solid, but will have alot of two way players. So once again, staying healthy will play a huge roll.

sad thing is we acctually had decent receivers this year. ive always wished sweetwater passed more, and expessially when were not down by 14 with 5 minutes left in the game....

It looked like we were going to do alot more passing early on. But when Kendall and Duone went down for most of the season, we were left with our 3rd string QB. He actually did a good job, but he wasnt near the passer of the other two, so we just pretty much abandoned the passing game altogether. Maybe we will have a little better luck keeping the QBs healthy next season.

Sweetwater finishes 2nd in the district they are in at best. have a good back comming back but Not much comming back on the O adn D line. Sweetwater gets beat in the playoffs 1st round by either Gainsville or Maybe bridgeport

Uh.... Snyder Started 7 sophmores and 1 freshman last year on a 9-2 record.. thats 8 underclassmen out of 22 starting positions. we have a few 5-6 Jrs comming back to play the SR year as well. Good for you guys.. NOTE..I can see and predict that you sweetwater supporters will get all over Jackson ( unfairly ) the next two seasons because they will not meet up to your great expectations.
