How Do You Know When Someone Gets ROM'd??

How do you know when someone gets immediately ROM'd? Is there a list of people who are ROM'd? Just curious. Have wondered for awhile. Thanks.

"Banned Member" appears under their name in place of a user title, and they disappear off the "Mermbers" list. There is a list, but only accessible by admins.
