I'm still on Windows...but I have a lot of friends on Apple on those computers run SO much smoother than anything that is windows-based. Plus, now that I can get Office on an Apple, that covers most of the important functions that I need. Everything else (photo editor, IM, internet) is all there and has a lot of cool options that you don't get with a PC.

Mac's are not worth the price they want for them, just to have the "cool" stuff that it comes with. IMO, they are not any more stable than XP pro computers (assuming there are not any hardware issues).
