Two part question:
1. What food can stake a claim as to now being famous because of the downlow? (hint: It has ties to Sinton)
2. How do you make this food?

Here are the answers...
.
1. Tortilla Burger
2. Basically, it starts with a half pound of hamburger meat pressed into a patty. Sprinkle with garlic salt and coarsely ground black pepper on both sides and pat in spices. Cook over mesquite fire until done. Heat up flour tortillas, spread with mayo/mustard. Spread a thin layer of refried beans on the tortilla. From there, it's what ever you like on a regular hamburger, but it isn't a REAL tortilla burger without jalapenos.
(now number 2 was subjective, anything close to this was accepted)
