Where the heck is Lipan?

I just saw it mentioned in another thread. My nephew and his partner just bought two places in Lipan so they could practice together. BTW, they are the current World Champions in Team Roping. Why would a world champion want to live in Lipan (I thought I would ask this before someone else did!).

I was refering to the language of the Lipan Apache, true original Texans.

I wondered about your reference to Lipan but it opened the door for my question. It is really my niece that is married to the world champion team roper and she is from Peaster and they also only play basketball no football. She should be right at home there.
