right now Gary is a step or two ahead as they come down the track but it looks like Skye is closing in on him. This one could go down to the wire...

Is the district meet today. I just got back from houston this morning and saw int he local rag that it was today.

no it will finish thursday i think they ran prelims monday and that all

I think they run the finals on thrusday.

They had a strong wind at their backs, Jamar ran a 10.6 to Skye's 10.3, They are first and second going in to finals. and I believe with just field events wylie is winning. 1st 2nd and 3rd in high jump--long jump--1st in shot, and i believe some points in the 2 mile.

It's no surprise ,Wylie wins district every year, but I do believe they win compete much better at Regionals than they have the last cpl. of years.

lol i really should know this but i dont...i THINK it's the top 2 and 3rd goes as the alternate. lol we dont have play-offs...we go to regionals

I guess it is the same as tennis. Top 2 from district advance to regional tourney.

That's right, the top 2 teams from each district go to Regionals and then the top 2 teams from each Regional goes to State

I know, but I dont have any idea of what the rest of the region looks like. There may be another real strong team like Snyder out there. I know they have a chance mathmatically, I just dont know how realistic it is.
