Actually, we frown on DEBATING the reason for it in open forum. That's why we don't include the reason in the statement anymore. In the Chief's case, he broke rule #2, was warned, then broke it again. When given a last chance, he broke it a third time AND managed to question the motivation of a mod in the same open post (which was edited out).
