Lamb is up, and while his Avg, isnt great, he is good at knocking in runs. I hope he knocks one in now.

damn you all for getting to root for a team that has a chance to do something this season!!! Nah...the Astros are my #3 team and #1 team in the National League. As long as they aren't playing Texas or Boston (which isn't too often) then I will be supportive of the Stros all the way back to the World Series...and hopefully a title this time! Lord only knows it's about time we get one of them here in Texas :D

I wonder if lidge is still throwing?

Bulldog_12
04-10-2006, 03:59 PM
probably. They will let him work through it. I think I would rather have him than someone else, he has a bad game every once in a while, but for the most part, he is pretty solid.

i did too....he has such a high amount of strike outs...but when he hits the ball it goes far, minute maid could be a good park for him....if he reverts back to his i think 2003 or 2004 form he will be a great addition to the lineup, it kinda looks that way as of now....but it is still very early...

I think it was 2003 when Preston Wilson had a great year in Colorado. I picked him up on my fantasy team in late April and that was the steal of the season by far. I kept him for 2004 and he was injured off and on during 04 and 05. Obviously Minute Maid is another "hitters park" so we can expect to see good #'s out of him if he stays healthy.

yah...i couldnt remember which year....but 2002 was a good year for him too, that was his last year w/ the marlins and he had a good amount of stolen bases to go w/ his power and RBIs
