Really, really sad. You teach kids to dial 911 (which probably takes an enormous amount of courage) and then something like this happens.:(

i'd sue them for all i could get.....if i was a kid and my mom died cuz some operator said to quit playing with the phone....i'd be soooooooo angry, i feel horrible for this little boy:(
