I am assuming the DNS for Wylie is Did Not Show. I would think they would be hard pressed to have dropped the baton or something along those lines in two seperate relays

No- we qualified for both relays. District is on Monday so we didnt run in finals.

Are there any Cuero results from the texas relays??? Just wondering why I didn't see a Cuero team in any of the finals?

yah i talked to coach laing when he was here at angelo last weekend and he told me that they would run pre lims just to run in front of a big crowd of people and a very tough meet. So these guys went down there knowing that and competed very well. District starts on monday so coach did not want people getting hurt which i think is very smart. Good luck at district!!

They could have easily gotten hurt in the prelims ,don't you think? maybe they didn't run the finals ,so they could rest their legs for district on Monday.By the way they really ran well, they should take district easily in the relays. Regionals ???

That is 2 second off of their original mark in the mile relay that put them in texas relays and about a second off of their 800 relay mark....not bad

I will be cheering them on at Regionals since they will be representing our district. Sweetwater should make it to Regionals, but as much as I hate to say it, their chances of making it to state are not as good as Wylie's chances.I wish both teams all the luck
