The Texas Relays are comming up this week. I noticed Sweetwater is running in a few events, but did not see Cuero entered? I was thinking they kicked butts and took names last year. Any input on some of the kids entered? I hope we are healthy (finally!) and make a good showing!!

Thanks!

From what I read on another thread...they have another big track meet a few days later......and the weekend of the Texas Relays is also the same weekend as their prom.

Cuero people...feel free to correct me if I am wrong...just be gentle!!:p

you are 100% correct, and in addition to District being next week - we have several on the team nursing injuries. Need to be in the best possible condition for District :)

Speaking of Texas Relays.. I have been on several occasions and it is a great meet to watch. Good Luck to all who are going

It is actually better than th state track meet IMO. You get to see more kids in a shorter period of time.
The UIL has drug out the state meet in an effort to raise revenue from ticket sales. The state basketball tourney is crap. You cant get a courtside seat in the Drum or even a lower level seat unless you have a UIL ticket.
