No.23 Atlanta 4-3?

Would someone clue me in to whats up here. I'm not questioning the rating, just curoius as to the story behind the pollsters opinion. Gotta be a story there....or not?

Old Dog, I may be wrong, but I think the reason they are ranked so high even with a 4-3 record is becaused they lost to Texas High and another good 4A school and a top ten 3A in Daingerfield. I think that is what I've read, I don't know anything about them other than that. I hope it helps somewhat.

They played nothing but 4A schools in non district and won 3 out of 5 of those. They beat Q-C in the first district game and lost this past week to Daingerfield. They were only down by less than a touch down with a few minutes left and had the ball. But one mistake messed it up and Daingerfield took it in for a TD. So yes they are still a good team.
