Question about high school golf tournament

Do they have galleries(consisting mainly parents)? If so roughly how many people are in them?

It varies by tourney as you tend to have groups of up to 10 people following any one group around the course. Obviously it grows at district, region, and state as more people follow the better teams/players. It's like football...just on a really small scale! :p

mostly on the 2nd day more than the 1st day. It's a big deal for the kids here that the news crews usually film the last holes both days.. "country goes to the city" lol:D

yeah, I guess in our district, you may have a mom or two in each group out there...a few more in regionals and there may be a whole posse following them at the state tournament...

if you can rent a cart ,it's not bad...it is alot of walking...a word to the wise, in order to rent a cart for the state tourn., you must be there and this was last year, but by 3:30 in the morning to get on a list and they fill up fast...
