Not 3A, but oh well...

The Colony High School JROTC won state Saturday. That's 8 in a row! Would that be an 8-peat?

I don't know how many Flour Bluff HS has won but they have done very well also.

FB has 11 consecutive state titles and 9 consecutive national titles heading into this year.

FB is Navy. TC is Army. I wonder if we have a dominating Air Force school in the state?

I know the reason FB tends to do so well is that the military kids from Naval Air Station CC live there. That military discipline is enforced at home, so the ROTC is like walking in the front door to most of them.

I'd imagine that the San Antonio schools on the AF bases down there (Randolph and Sam Houston... and there may be one on Lackland) would probably fare pretty well if they had it.
