I thought the Forney no hitter was against Kaufman. But I know they are gunna have a hell of a time with Carthage.

I think both teams better be worrying about their next opponents or there won't be any series to talk about.

I am going to take Carthage, they stay loaded. Forney is always pumped up to be more than they really are. They werent even that great at football. Now everybody has them ranked #1.

Forney only made it to the State Championship game last year in Baseball and got beat by Sinton. And the only Football game they lost was to the State Champion Everman Bulldogs. They really should be rated way down the ladder.

Football: 2000-lost to La Grange 20-17 in the state championship game. 2001- lost to eventual champ Everman 21-17. 2002- lost to eventual champ Everman in the semifinals 21-14.

Baseball: Has made the playoffs 14 years in a row. Has not lost a district game since 1997. Lost to eventual champ Atlanta in 1998. Has gone to Austin 4 years in a row. Played for state twice and lost to the eventual champs in close games the other two times.

As far as rankings are concerned don't you know by now that rankings don't mean jack.

I know Carthage has a great tradition also. Hopefully we can build a good rivalry with Carthage in the future.

I knew I could get yall to talking if I talked a little trash. lol. It was getting boring. I posted a Van vs. Kaufman prediction like 2 days ago and got 1 response.

By the way I heard Van won the opener 2-1.

Not surprised that Van won. Kaufman is not very good and have been over-rated all year. Kaufman and Crandall prolly wouldnt make the playoffs if they were in any other district.
