The NFL is right behind them. Vince Carter sure does play good in his tights.

David Stern is trying to turn the NBA into some kind of military facility. Dress code. Uniform code. Next up on the agenda will be that players will have to march into the arena during team introduction and learn other drills.

I think those full length tights look ridiculous.

I think the tights look rediculous myself, they gunna start doin' ballet out there or what?

These players are at work, and if the boss (Stern) wants things uniform then that's how he runs his business (what boss doesn't? You don't want your salesmen meeting clients with 4 in slacks and a nice polo and the other with a nice polo and cut-off bluejean shorts on do you?)!!!

Some rules are rediculous, I agree, but I think the tights are more rediculous in this situation...

I think they look silly, but I can see the benefits of the compression gear.

Anyone that wants to wear them just has to have a doctors note...easy enough.

I said they looked ridiculous. I didn't say they weren't useful.

actually...they dont look ridiculous in football....they go well with the uniforms in my opinion...i wore tights about 90% of the games from 7th until 12th....i liked them, i never got cramps out of all those games, that might or might not have anything to do with tighs...but they do keep ur limbs warm!!! i liked them

when i went to basketball practice in them in 7th grade tho...the coach made me run 10 laps around the gym then i had to go take them off:(
