It's not an issue of them juicing. Consider this LL's way of "Tiger Proofing" their field(s) of play. Having umpired for 4 years before missing this upcoming season, I can tell you for a fact that the technology in a bat is making the fields too small. When you now have mediocore teams where the weaker hitters on the team can hit the ball to the wall 80% of the time when they make solid contact...then it's time to push the walls back. While yes this will cut down on HR's at the LLWS, it will make the game more enjoyable to watch as it will force teams to play "baseball" as opposed to playing "longball." Think about it...

Can't beat the LLWS. It is always a lot of fun to watch.

Technology definately makes a difference in both ball and bat. The same can be said for HS baseball as now it seems like every team has 6 or 7 starters who can hit the long ball.

On a more serious note, I would be lying if i said the llws was a joke. I enjoy watching it myself.

That's all just for shock value. I enjoy him and Woody Paige but their banter is all just for shock. I don't know how seriously I take all of it.
