Bellville has beat a good Navasota team, our #2 pitcher vs there #1. Bellville beats Hempstead, not very good. Bellville pitches there #1 pitcher? I guess the #2 will go vs Rice and #1 will go vs Columbus.
Rice has beat Hempstead and Sealy, these 2 will fight for the bottom spot.

It seems to me that luetge is the number 1 seeing how he started the first district game. i dont know but apparently the coach thinks that he is the better pitcher and has more confidence in him than the other pitchers on the team.

Um, Navasota is not a good team. If they were, they would have beaten Bellville. You cant drop fly balls, not go home on balls to the backstop and fail to make routine plays and be considered a good team. Bellville will end up with more runs against Rice. Rice will make errors and walk people thus handing the game to the Red Storm. Bellville is way down this year but will win 10-3.c

Earlier in the season there was a question about Bellville's pitching. However, through the years you have always been able to depend on Coach Cerny to find pitchers. He has the ability to find those arms, teach them and then give them confidence. Not only are the Cerny coaching brothers Melvin at Katy Taylor; Steven at Shiner; and David in Bellville fine coaches but people as well. I just believe that every child that goes through their program becomes a better person because they have been there, win or lose...but most of the time they win.

i cant wait for this game. I remember raider4life talking about how good they are. I would really like to see him eat his own words, and he said that Cook his 88 like 20 times in an game. I talked to the Bellville coach and said they clocked his fastball at 79 to 83 at the highest. I dunno but it seems like to me someone is trying to make their team seem better then what they really are.
