People are questioning your running of the board right now... issue warnings... then just ban the hell out of 'em...

I could ban em...but I am a big boy I can take a lil constructive criticism...its not a big deal to me...I don't run from any criticisms...I'd look like a big baby banning everyone anyway....but I have no plans on banning anyone..I enjoy a good debate personally..
