That picture is of the Wichita State foam finger hand signal similar to the Longhorn hand signal or the Texas Tech Guns Up hand signal or the Texas A&M Gig'em Thumb. Not real sure as to why it was pulled. Girls in bras have been seen on the downlow before. The 3 fingers raised represent the "W" as in Wichita State.
