District 24AAA in 4 way tie for 1st

manor, la grange, gidding, and elgin are all tied for 1st play. gidding upsetting la grange last week really screwed up the standings. The winners of this week will be garunteed a place in the playoffs! good luck to every one.

The winners this Friday are not guaranteed a thing... The key game in district that will actually determine who goes to the playoffs won't happen till next week, when Giddings plays at Elgin.

For example, Manor could lose to Elgin this Friday and still make the playoffs, if Elgin also beats Giddings. (Manor and Giddings would each have two losses, but Manor would go because of head-to-head.) Also, Giddings could go even if it loses to Hutto this weekend, provided the Buffs beat Elgin next Friday, and Elgin loses to Manor.) Elgin makes the playoffs even if they lose to Manor, provided they beat the Buffs next week.

This week's games aren't as important as next week's games -- particularly the Giddings v. Elgin game...
