Big win today for the Aggies, beating 'zona 1-0. Gibson, our Soph. #2 pitcher throws the shutout. Arizona pitched their ace, Hollowel.

UT has already beaten Arizona when they were #1. Apparently, the Zona coach is already eyeing a matchup with UT in the WCWS, so everytime the two teams meet, he plays games with the lineup and pitching.

Ya, it looks like UT is 1-1 vs. Arizona this season. Arizona beat Texas when both teams pitched their #2 pitchers. But Arizona's #2 pitcher only gave up 2 hits and struck out 14.

In the 2nd matchup, Texas pitched Ostermann, who struck out 18 and 'Zona pitched their #2 again, and she struck out 11. Texas won 1-0.
