I ordered a cellphone from E-Bay and screwed up and ordered a Verizon phone instead of Sprint.

It's nothing fancy, but it's free to whoever wants it.....I can't use it!

By not paying attention!! I found a Sprint phone I was looking at and then went to "see more items by this seller"......I found another one that was cheaper than the original one I was looking at, so I bought it.

Until I got it in the mail, I didn't even realize I hadn't made sure it was a Sprint phone!

I have been told that the proprietary chips can be changed in the phones. I don't know this for a fact but it is something you might check into.

I was hurrying too fast. It was for my son who is hell on cellphones. Sprint dropped him from my insurance plan since they allow 2 phones a year to be replaced....he went through 2 in 4 months.

Buying them on Ebay is cheaper sometimes than paying the $50 replacement charge.

I didn't want him to see how cheap of a phone I was buying this time....so I was rushing.

That's my story and I'm sticking to it!!
