5A Champs: Plano 60, Kingwood 58.

4A Champs: South Oak Cliff 76, Ft. Worth Dunbar 58.

3A Champs: Dallas Roosevelt 61, Carrollton Ranchview 46.

With the exception of Kingwood, all of these teams were DFW area schools. Congrats to them all.

Why ae the DISD schools good at basketball and not football? I know occasionally there is a good football team from that school district but they dont bring home many Championships.
