IMO this poll is a joke. :rolleyes: AND not b/c Sinton isn't on the list, I could care less, but b/c I've seen some of these "ranked" teams play. ;)

I would have to agree with that pirate. Bellville has a 9-game winning streak and hasn't been scored upon in all 9 of those games, yet fall from 2nd to 5th in the state.

Columbia defeats Clear Lake 2-1 in 8 innings.
Columbia is 17-1.
Districts begins on 3-17-06 against Needville.

La Grange rebounds from Friday's loss to Rockdale to win consolation championship at Weimar Tournament.

La Grange 8, Sacred Heart 0
La Grange 13, Weimar (#19 in AA) 0

La Grange is now 13-5-2......

Bellville 6, Terry 2 friday nite. Terry scored 2 in seventh inning to end Bellville's 9 game shutout streak.
District starts with Columbus at Bellville Tuesday nite

Ingleside will probably be even extra dangerous since Riflearm is an assistant coach there. :(
