Ok, not that Lil' John. Just joshin' you. Here's the link to the real guy. He's an ex-con. Just heard on the news that he was also a suspect in a past sexual assault case.

If it's true, what a dirtbag.

An indictment accusing Darryl Littlejohn in the death of a student is expected to be unsealed Thursday.

NEW YORK (CNN) -- Charges have been filed against the bouncer at a Manhattan bar where a graduate student was last seen alive, CNN has learned.

An indictment accusing Darryl Littlejohn of the murder of Imette St. Guillen is expected to be unsealed on Thursday, when he will be arraigned.

Littlejohn, 41, is being held at the city jail on Rikers Island for a parole violation.

Littlejohn's criminal record includes three guilty pleas for armed robbery and three for possessing crack cocaine.

New York Police Commissioner Ray Kelly has called Littlejohn the "prime suspect" in St. Guillen's death and that evidence at the scene ties him to the slaying.

Littlejohn's attorney, Kevin O'Donnell, said he wasn't suprised by the indictment.

"A week and a half ago Commissioner Kelly named him as the prime suspect so it wasn't a question of if he was going to be indicted, but a question of when," O'Donnell said.

St. Guillen, a 24-year-old criminology student at the John Jay College of Criminal Justice, was last seen alive February 25 at The Falls bar in lower Manhattan, where Littlejohn worked as a bouncer. Witnesses said St. Guillen left the bar with Littlejohn about 4 a.m. the day she died.

Her nude, bound body was found in a desolate lot in Brooklyn later that day. Her face was covered with strips of plastic packing tape and her long, brown hair was cut and a sock was stuffed into her throat, police said. Investigators determined she had been raped.

"Darryl Littlejohn's blood was found on plastic ties used to bind her hands behind her back, and a DNA match to Littlejohn was made," Kelly said.

He also said that telephone records "put the telephone that Mr. Littlejohn had in his possession in the immediate vicinity where the body was located."

The state parole board had approved Littlejohn's employment at a mortgage company but was unaware of his second job as a bouncer at The Falls.

As a parolee, he was bound by a 9 p.m. to 7 a.m. curfew.

St. Guillen's mother and sister, Maureen and Alejandra St. Guillen, traveled from their home in Boston, Massachusetts, to New York on Wednesday and are expected to attend the arraignment, a friend acting as spokesperson for the family said.
