I won't go that far but Zady Z Motion Jr just made Cheer leader at Vernon High School!!!!!

What a determined young lady. She made cheerleader for her Freshman year (Venus, TX), however, I was granted custody of her and she gave it up to move to Vernon with me. The Lions don't have Freshman cheerleaders so she joined the Drill team. During tryouts at the end of her freshman year she was not selected. She was devastated. The next day at the urging of her dad she tried out for squad leader (Dance team) for the drill team. Well she made it. She did a great job last year representing the Lions. However cheerleader was what she wanted and she tried out again last night and well she was selected. Praise God that he taught my baby girl what is was like to want something and how to work hard and never quit until you get it. I know that she will appreciate the position after all that she has been through.

Just had to share with my downlow family how excited I am.

Congrats to your daughter, and you, ZMotion. It's really great to hear a story about a kid who works hard and never gives up short of her goals.

It's good to hear that some of these kids are learning what perseverance truly means. Good job DAD!:)
