Do you believe in karma? I do.

My brother was at the game tonight, sitting somewhere in the first five rows of the student section. Apparently, a little group of UT fans were sitting in the front row with signs that said "NIT," and were displaying them proudly to a group of about 2K students. Not exactly politicians.

Brad was saying that they came close to getting their tails whipped several times by several big, cornfed boys sitting in the row behind them, but that other students stepped in. A temporary restraining order was enacted by the students, and the UT students lived 'till the end of the game.

As everyone knows by now, the Aggies won.

Brad said that those orange shirts stood out, and one of those kids flashed his NIT sign again just before Acie took the shot.

Then 2K students rushed the court, led by several big, cornfed boys.

Little Bro was one of the first people to rush the court.

Brad never saw those orange shirts when he was running by their seats, and we know they didn't have enough time to get out of their seats.

Ambulances were standing by.

I saw those guys Russ. I was on the second row of the student section and they walked right in front of us. They stood and taunted us with their girlfriends. The girls walked off and the boys started talking crap to anyone in sight, so they were escorted out of the building. Apparently the girls didnt get that memo because they came back into the arena only to find their trashy friends GONE! It was hilarious. It was that point that me and my friend said it would be hilarious if we beat the Horns and those guys were still here. I quickly forgot about them while running onto the court.

I'm not going to condone any physical harm (if it happened).
But, when people knowingly put themselves in harms way, and harm sure enough ends up coming to them. I have a hard time feeling too sorry for them. Like it or not, stupidity sometimes has a high price. Some people just have to learn lessons the hard way.

lets just put it this way, i think aggie fans are more respectful if a horn comes and sits in the middle of their stands......i know from experience...my groomsman is a sip and graduated from there nad he came to t+1 with me a few years ago

they students did a few cheap shots, but for the most part weren't arse's....however i know mutiple people who have gone down too the erwin center or DKR and have gotten razzed out their mind

It goes both ways. We could sit here all day and say, "I know someone that went to a _______ game and was treated poorly. But that doesn't happen here" all day long. I have no doubt that there are classless fans on both sides just like I know there are great fans on both sides. Let's just leave it at that.

Yeah, I am sure there are fans on both sides that are crappy to people coming to the game, but for the most part, if you dont mess with us, we wont mess with you. I went to the Drum and had a great time, sure we got razzed after the loss, but nothing to cry over. There are bad apples everywhere.

But I did think the "stupid! stupid! stupid!" yells towards PJ everytime he touched the ball and shot a free throw were really overboard and uncalled for. That kinda crossed the line, IMO.

Everything else I'll keep to myself.

KTJ I agree with you. I did not think that was right either... but its like many people have said b4 its a game. Would we have liked it if yall did it.. no.. but the fact of the matter is it was done.. it showed a lack of... well ill let you guys fill in with whatever word you want.
