... Record high temperature set at Abilene and San Angelo...


as of 4 PM the high temperature in San Angelo this afternoon was 95
degrees reached at 3:53 PM. This broke the old record of 85 degrees
set in 1988.

As of 4pm the high temperature in Abilene this afternoon was 95
degrees reached at 2:42 PM. This broke the old record of 86 degrees
set in 1899.

You would think with temps like this we might be in 2 a days!

Don't know what the high was, but the currrent temp in Ft. Worth is 89 degrees.
Tomorro's high is supposed to be 68, which I don't mind a bit.:)

only reason i like cold weather is cuz it makes it more likely to snow...but if its not ever going to snow, then whats the point of cold weather....besides good deer hunting weather???

I am so delirious from a lack of sleep. I dread driving to Austin in the morning but I cant sleep. Went to a Bible Class tonight and cant sleep now. They raised too many questions for my feeble mind.

soem of the guys in that class tonight are riding with me tomorrow to Austin I am trying to put together my thoughts on paper for further discussion on the ride. Its not helping me that I keep getting set up for easy aggie attacks. :nerd:
