View Full Version : UT gets 2 more points in the State Farm Lone Star Showdown!

Today the UT men and women each won the Big 12 Indoor Track and Field Championship for 2006. Since this naturally means they finished ahead of Texas A&M in both competition the Horns picked up two more points and now leads 8.5 to 2.0 in the competition. UT now needs 1.5 points to win the competition for the 2005-06 year while the Aggies need 8 points to win. This was great for UT after losing both 1/2 points in the Lady Aggies sweeping the Lady Horns in basketball.

The Aggie Men got 9th place while the Aggie Ladies got 8th place.
