I'm getting a very early Father's Day gift. My favorite daughter is treating me to John Fogerty concert at the Houston Stock Show and Rodeo on March 7th. (I almost choked when I saw what the tickets cost).

Very cool, 66! I was going to have a "woo-hoo" thread of my own, but I can't even compete with this. :)

Hahaha! Like I said, it can't compete. Mine was just a celebration of actually stopping work at 6:00. (On a different note, I could take off work the next two days, and still have almost 5 hrs overtime.)

My daughter bought the tickets online from Ticketmaster and they emailed them to her, She copied me and said if we both printed them out maybe one of us would remember to bring them. Geez! Prices have really gone up on these things. I couldn't believe it when I saw the $77.00 price tag.

Well, I have to admit, she likes John Fogerty also. She sorta couldn't help it. Growing up that's all she ever heard Dad playing on the stereos.;)
