C'mon in to the "adult" end of the pool, A.J.---the water is fine and you'll learn to "swim" just like we all did. Have fun--these will be some of the best years of your life and you will look back fondly on them.

I have to laugh at you John, cause things we take for granted are shown to us parents again through our kids. My son moved out and in an apartment with a couple of buddies while going to Lamar in Beaumont. Well things got tight one month, and they received a notice that the electricity will be turned off if the bill didn't get paid. To hear my Son tell it is hilarious. He tells me with all seriousness. Dad, I didn't think they would turn off all the electricity, I just thought they would turn off one room at a time!
I Hooted!!! He's not an aggie either! Oh wait.....his Uncle is! That explains it!!

Insurance policies are like women. You cant live with em and you cant live without em.

True, PHil.
But going one step farther. I've told my wife many times I may grow old, but I refuse to grow up.

I feel your pain. I was at home this last weekend and my mom pointed out the receding hairline I've got going on. It was depressing.

My son called the other night with "sticker shock". He is now shopping for his own auto policy:eek:   He is getting a tast of the real world.

Oh, AJ....just wait until you add a kid or two to your mix!!! Talk about getting expensive. The older they get the more $$$$$ it costs you.

Don't forget that on the "adult" side of the pool there's a lot less "warm spots". ;)

Growing up isn't the bad part, it's the growing out that's bad. Also having to have the hair trimmed off your ears.
