This may be the college in me, but mimosas (orange juice and cheap champagne) work wonders. Just don't plan on being productive for the rest of the day.

A more reasonable (see boring) way is to drink at least 2 big glasses of water before you sleep. It keeps you from dehydrating in the night, and at least it won't be as bad/

To prevent: Eat greasy mexican food before drinking...afterwards eat a greasy hamburger from a 24 hour joint.

Also take a low dose tylenol before bed...wake up in the morning take a good crap and then drink some water and get some sugars back in you.


Another alternative is....just get drunk again and it'll take care of the hangover.

that is too funny, my mom told me about a week ago to cure a hang over she used to eat a hamburger from this 24 hr joint down the road from where she used to live.. said it worked everytime!
