The worst part about this happening is that it most likely WONT be for the conference title. NBA playoff rules state that first three seeds are for the division champions, so the best the second team in Dallas/SA's division is 4th, which means if the other teams is 1st, that's a second round matchup. It's still early to predict it, but I'd love to see it happen.

they should do like the NHL and re-bracket based on seeds after the first round (highest remaining seed vs. lowest remaining seed, other 2 play)
