13-Year Old Boy Takes Quick Break from Internet Porn to Page Through Swimsuit Issue

Thirteen-year old Shawn Smith, an 8th grader at Manlow Park Middle School in Omaha, Nebraska, took time out this afternoon from his regular daily schedule of browsing Internet porn sites to take a gander at the latest “Sports Illustrated” swimsuit edition, which just arrived today in his family’s mailbox.

“I heard my dad talking last night about how it was on the newsstands. He was really excited,” said Smith. “But I checked it out – and I don’t know if they didn’t have Internet porn when he was growing up or what – but it’s pretty lame. Not a single close-up crotch shot, no orgy shots, not even bare breasts – nothing. It was really boring. I think I saw part of a nipple, but I can see crap like that on billboards or on TV advertisements. Or just on real girls at school – they flash their breasts all the time just to get attention. But I’m supposed to be excited some ladies are in a magazine wearing swimsuits? I don’t get it.”

After paging through the swimsuit issue for a few minutes, Smith threw it aside and went back to viewing his favorite porn sites.

“I mainly looked at Asians today,” said Smith. “There was this one attractive Asian girl in ‘Sports Illustrated,’ but unfortunately she wasn’t completely naked. So I just went on my computer and typed ‘naked Asian chicks’ and that pretty much filled up my next hour. I wouldn’t say the pictures were as high quality as the ones in the magazine, but it doesn’t matter ‘cause online I get to see their privates.”

Smith’s father, Jack, said he is concerned about his son’s lack of interest in the swimsuite issue.

“I got home from work tonight and he’s cooped up in his room on the computer again,” said Mr. Smith. “When I was his age I would have been squirreled away somewhere with the swimsuit edition, looking at every page for the millionth time. Yet he’s in his room doing homework or something and the magazine is sitting there on the kitchen table. I’m worried about him. I hope he’s not gay.”
