There is a 3 way tie in district 20-3a for 3rd place. Sealy, Rice, and Bellville and each team is 5-5. How will they decide this.

I read on another board just a minute ago that Rice will go due to head to head competiton because they were 3-1 vs the other two teams not sure if that is accurate.

if thats not right, then they will play a mini tourney for the 3rd spot. they will all flip a coin, odd man out gets the bye. the two that don't get the bye will play on Friday, winner plays saturday for the 3rd spot.

Cuero, Edna and Hallettsville are in a 3 way tie for 3rd place in District 26AAA. Yoakum and Gonzales are in a tie for 1st and Yoakum won the flip for 'home seating' . The 3 way tie will be played off on Fri and Saturday in Yoakum with the winner advancing to the playoffs.... I THINK that's what my husband explained to me. :)

what is "home seating"? does that mean that they have the #1 seed?

I might have misunderstood what he said,, maybe he said SEED and not SEAT :rolleyes: before I dig myself a deeper hole,, I'll plead ignorance on that :D

This is correct. The Raiders will play Cameron Yoe on Tuesday night in Lockhart.
