Bridge City non-district

Just got word that Bridge City's non district schedule will be as follows:

Week 0 - Liberty
Week 1 - bye
Week 2 - Lumberton
Week 3 - Beaumont Kelly

I'm not personally impressed with this schedule, very weak. Of course, all of the teams we would have played in non-district have moved into our district.. :eek:

It isn't the strongest predistrict schedule in the world, that's for sure, and I'm somewhat surprised at the Cards opponents. Just out of curiosity, what happened to your annual game against the Bears?

I understand that the Bears said they were playing the 'Stangs this year and not us. We will scrimmage LC-M. We had tentative games with Silsbee and Kirbyville until they joined the district. Looks like we had to get who we could!:thinking:

new LCM coach does not like BC :D Guess they were afraid of another whoopin.. It's aight, WO-S will take care of that for us now. I'm glad that the big Orange County battle is re-initiated!
